Tehran - ALsharqiya February 27: Western and American sources have once again suggested that Iranian uranium enrichment sites are likely to be subjected to imminent Israeli strikes due to Iran's expanding nuclear capabilities. The Wall Street Journal quoted what it described as confidential information from the International Atomic Energy Agency, which stated that Iran has enough fuel to produce six nuclear bombs, and that it produces enough for another nuclear bomb every month. According to the same confidential information, Iran produced 275 kg of uranium enriched to 60% by February 6, while the quantity was 182 kg last October, and that this quantity can be enriched to 90%, which is enough to produce a bomb within days. The disclosure of this information comes as Iran has raised the state of security and military alert to the highest level around its nuclear facilities in anticipation of any possible Israeli strikes. Iranian government sources, described by the British newspaper The Telegraph as high-ranking, confirmed that Iran has put its defense systems on high alert around its nuclear facilities in light of growing fears of a possible attack by Israel, adding that the Iranian authorities expect the attack every night, and indeed all sites have been put on full alert, including secret sites.
