Russian oil companies return to Kurdistan

Moscow - Al Sharqiya February 27: Russian Energy Minister Sergei Tsevi Lev said that the Kurdistan Region and the Iraqi government have reached a settlement of their disputes over oil, which will allow Russian companies to resume their projects in the region. TASS quoted the Russian minister as saying that he received information about resolving the disputes between the region and the federal government and that this is important for his country because Russian companies work in the region and have invested a lot in the projects. Suspending its work due to these disputes, noting that among the companies whose work was suspended in the region was Rosneft, the largest Russian oil production company.
