According to a document issued by the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, the Supreme Committee decided that the Ministry of Health should take legal measures against its employees who refrain from performing the duties assigned to them or not attend the official working hours and refer them to the judiciary in accordance with Article (364) of the Iraqi Penal Code.
