The Sixth Republic: Discussing the file of double salaries in institutions

Baghdad-ALSHARQIYA   July 10 : Member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee Jamal Cougar confirmed to the "Sixth Republic" program that the delay in paying the salaries of state employees is linked to the scrutiny of thousands of names of aliens whose salaries have reached nearly two billion dollars a month.
 For his part, legal expert Tariq Harb pointed to the urgent need of the Iraqi state to build a database with the names of employees, stressing that twenty-two ministries in the country lack an accurate database of their employees
