The Prime Minister of Iraq affirms his country's aspiration for closer cooperation with Jordan

Baghdad-ALsharqiya, February 24: Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi said that Iraq and Jordan have serious intention and determination to implement bilateral agreements in all areas of cooperation, especially in the housing, energy, health, education, industry, trade and banking sectors, as well as modern software. A statement by the Prime Minister, A. Al-Kazemi, received an official Jordanian delegation headed by the Jordanian Minister of Public Works and Housing Yahya Al-Kasbi, accompanied by a number of officials, and stressed the importance of the role of the private sector in the two countries, and the importance of cooperation that began in the security and political framework within the tripartite cooperation that includes Iraq, Jordan and Egypt on its part. The Jordanian delegation conveyed the greetings of Jordan’s King Abdullah II and the government of Bishr Al-Khasawneh to Iraqi officials and stressed the importance of strengthening cooperation between the two countries
