Baghdad-ALSharqiya, February 15: The great Iraqi writer, Alia Mamdouh, the author of the Tanki novel, entered the last round of the competition for the Booker International Prize for Arabic Novel 2020, and the Iraqi writer gained great international and Arab attention. The jury of the award announced the short list of novels nominated for the award in its thirteenth session, which included six novels chosen from among sixteen novels issued in Arabic between June 2018 and July 2019.
