Salah al-Din - ALsharqiya, January 20: The Governor of Salah al-Din Ammar Jabr announced the control of the bird flu virus in the fields that have spread in the outskirts of Samarra, indicating that the quarantine measures will continue for 21 days. On the sidelines of his inspection of the affected poultry fields, Gabr said that the veterinary teams have limited the area of the virus’s spread to about ten square kilometers, and that efforts are currently being focused on compensating those affected.
