Brazil-ALSHARQIYA March 3: Former Brazilian soccer star Pele received the Corona virus vaccination on Tuesday, the same day that 1641 people died in the South American country after contracting the virus, the highest daily death toll since the start of the pandemic.
Pele posted a picture of himself on "Instagram" receiving the vaccination and raising his thumb, wishing success.
"It is an unforgettable day," said the former Santos and New York Cosmos player, without specifying which vaccine he received. You've got the vaccine, the pandemic isn't over yet. We need to be disciplined in order to keep our lives so that more people get the vaccine. Please continue washing your hands and staying indoors if possible.
257,361 people have died in Brazil of being infected with the Coronavirus, which is more than any other country except the United States, and is currently facing a rise in the number of HIV infections.
