Baghdad-ALsharqiya, September 26: The Lebanese Prime Minister-designate Mustafa Adeeb announced his resignation from his post and his apology for forming the government after efforts that lasted nearly a month in light of French pressure on Lebanon's leaders to join hands until the country gets out of its grinding crisis.

  Adeeb said that he apologized for continuing to form the government due to the lack of political consensus after meeting with President Michel.
