Guterres: The worst is yet to come in conflict areas

Washington-ALsharqiya April 4: UN Secretary-General António Guterres warned that the worst is yet to come regarding the Corona virus in countries in conflict and called for a ceasefire around the world to help stem the global pandemic. Introducing a report on developments since the launch of his call on March 23, Guterres added that the Corona virus showed its rapid transmission across borders, the destruction of countries and the upset of people's lifestyle, warning that the worst has not yet come, especially with a large number of conflicts in Cameroon and the Central African Republic Colombia, Libya, Myanmar, the Philippines, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine and Yemen.
