TOKYO-ALSHARQIYA APRIL 16 : Canon has confirmed the development of the EOS R3, which will provide photographers with excellent capabilities for documenting both photos and videos.
Although the company did not mention many details about the technical specifications of this camera, the leaks indicate that it will come with a square-shaped structure made of metal and plastic backed by carbon fiber, similar to the bodies of professional D1 cameras.
It is assumed that this camera gets a sensor built in size of 35 mm, random access memories will be built into it, which will ensure a great speed in data processing during filming.
This camera will also get a Digic X image processor from Canon, which will secure it at a speed of 30 frames per second in various shooting modes, while maintaining high-resolution images and videos, and it will also be equipped with Eye Control autofocus features.
Coinciding with the announcement of the new camera, Canon also revealed 3 new professional lenses for photography: the RF 100mm f / 2.8L Macro IS USM, the RF 400mm f / 2.8L IS USM and the RF 600mm f / 4L IS USM.
