Al-Kazemi issues a bureau order to form a high commission to investigate

Baghdad-ALSHARQIYA  October 19: Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi issued a divisional order to form a supreme committee to investigate facts into the violence that accompanied the October uprising
According to a document signed by Al-Kazemi, the committee is composed of retired judges and legal experts, and it is linked to the office of the Prime Minister and listens to witnesses, victims and relatives of the victim.
It also authorized the committee to seek the assistance of local and international specialists and experts to fulfill its tasks and according to the document also, the committee must coordinate with the ministries of interior and justice to assign and assign a number of specialized personnel in the field of investigations

And the administrative affairs required by the work, and stressed that the Ministry of Finance is committed to providing the necessary financial allocations to facilitate the work of the committee as well as the commitment of the governorates to provide work places for the committee to accomplish its tasks, and confirmed that the periodic reports are submitted to the Prime Minister and that it can refer what requires referring it to the judiciary
