Al-Kaabi: The conflict must be kept out of discussions of the 2021 budget

Baghdad-ALSHARQIYA  January 27: The first deputy speaker of the Iraqi parliament, Hassan Al-Kaabi, stressed the need to keep conflict and political disagreement away from the ongoing discussions on the 2021 budget bill.
This came during al-Kaabi’s meeting with the Kurdish delegation headed by the deputy head of the regional government, Qubad Talabani, where he stressed that Parliament was serious about organizing the financial relationship between Baghdad and the Kurdistan region.
For his part, Talabani expressed the region’s keenness to provide parliament with financial data and account tables related to oil and non-oil imports for the region, in order to provide a permanent and radical solution to all disputes.
