Al-Aqili: The elections cannot be held before the dissolution of the parliament

Baghdad-ALsharqiya August 3: Judge Rahim al-Aqili said that early elections cannot be held before the dissolution of the Iraqi parliament.

  Al-Ugaili added to Sharqia News that there are two ways to dissolve parliament, either through the parliament itself or through the government and the presidency of the republic, adding that it tends to the second way.

On the controversy of the early date for the elections, Al-Aqili said that the date set by the Prime Minister is very appropriate to arrange the necessary preparations for the elections, and that it is not practically possible to set an earlier date.
