Al-Abd Rabouh: Royalties cripple construction and investment in Mosul

Baghdad - ALSharqiya, July 11: The former deputy from Nineveh, Muhammad Nuri al-Abd Rabu, said that some administrative and armed parties take royalties from companies that invest in Mosul at a rate ranging from six to ten percent.

  Al-Abdullah confirmed to Al-Sharqiya News that the armed factions that entered Mosul after the liberation take advantage of the city's economy and are supported by personalities affiliated with Nineveh
