Ahmad Mulla Talal: Martyrs of the uprising are covered by the Martyrs Foundation Law

Baghdad - Alsharqiya, August 12: Ahmed Mulla Talal, a spokesman for the Prime Minister, announced that the Council of Ministers had approved the inclusion of the martyrs of the October and July uprising in the Martyrs Institution Law and the resulting rights and privileges.

  Mulla Talal confirmed that the Council of Ministers had directed the Ministry of Health to treat the injured from the protesters' injuries and to travel abroad for those who were difficult to treat, and to include the victims with health insurance and the handicapped, according to the law on people with disabilities.
