Abbas: Mosul turned into a "cake" shared by the parties

Mosul-ALSHARQIYA   July 10 : Mosul activist Muhammad Abbas described the city of Mosul as a cake in which political forces and armed factions shared influence.
 Abbas told the Eastern News that, had it not been for the people of the city and international organizations, the mall would have turned into more like a ghost town, and he pointed out that endemic corruption prevents the reconstruction
