A technical malfunction stops the media and international websites

USA -ALSHARQIYA  June 8: Many Internet sites in the world were down this morning, Tuesday, including major media sites and international news sites such as CNN, Le Monde and New York Times.

 The Associated Press reported that a technical problem with the American company "Fastly" for cloud computing services caused the disruption of Internet sites around the world.

 The agency added that several global websites were down on Tuesday after an apparently widespread outage with Fastly.

 The San Francisco-based company admitted there was a problem before 10 a.m. GMT and said in frequent updates on its website that it "continues to investigate the crisis."
