Baghdad-ALSharqiya, July 12: The power outage in Baghdad coincided with a sudden interruption of water networks in most areas west of the capital, at a time when many Baghdadian families took refuge in the artesian wells.

The capital’s municipality, which stops the water from large parts of Baghdad, attributes the decline to the electricity service that the municipality needs to operate the pumping generators.
